  21. Why a _notebook_ as opposed to a desktop computer?  Unless moving it 
  22. around is particularly important to you, you might prefer saving money or 
  23. buying a faster computer, rather than paying extra for portability.

  28. Probably not a good idea to slow down your computer while connecting to 
  29. internet, (especially if you pay the phone bill).  Best multitasking is 
  30. two computers, whatever OS you have!  There are some good browsers and 
  31. other WWW software for Amiga coming along now (at last), if you didn't 
  32. want to multitask though.  As for the appropriate speed, I would have 
  33. thought that a 486 would be OK, esp. with cheap 486's at 66 or 100MHz 
  34. (but most PC OS's like lots of memory, 8-16 MB), but best to ask on a PC 
  35. newsgroup for their advice.
